Animal Kingdom: Fox > Red Fox

Now, I'm going to tell you about Fox~

Fox is one of mammalia class animal that belong to a dog-like (canid) animal family. Even it's one family with dog species, it have a smaller body, and even it's split again into different 'tribe' with other canid.

Well, there are some true-fox (vulpes) that have been extinc, but there are still many other species of fox that's spread. One of the most common (and most 'true'-fox) is a Red Fox.

Red Fox (Vulpes vulpes <- lol) is one of the largest and most spread between another true foxes, it's also a canivore animal. Red Fox spread in many continent in the world from Central America to East Asia, the range of spread even more increased and introduced to Australia.

Red Foxes usually together in pairs or small pack that consist of their families. The species commonly feed by small rodents, but it's sometimes can target some other medium sized animals like rabbit or reptiles. Sometimes they eats vegetables and fruit too!

Natural Phenomenon - Quicksand

Quicksand is a common natural phenomenon, well, not so that common i think.

So, what is a quicksand? Quicksand is a granural material (sand or silt) that become a hydrogel/liquified, a quicksand not only consist a granural material but also consist of some clay and water (that's why it become a hydrogel).

How a quicksand formed? ('~')

Quicksand is formed because there are some water from underground saturated and mixed with the sand from above.

Where we can found a quicksand? ('o')

Quicksand are usually to be found in watery/swampy area, like riverbank, beach lake shoreline, and marsh.

What happen if we stepped on a quicksand?

Well, quicksand it's not always suck us like in the movies, usually, some of quicksand can be stepped without harm, but if we giving so much pressure to the quicksand, it will be pushed down and sink us, but don't worry, if you didn't move to much (relax), it will make your body float.

My Holiday

My Holiday...

I think my Holiday "started" at the end of the year. (Happy New Year Anyway.)

31 December, i was at the school, with a second year student, playing a computer game at room called "Web". I think that the last time i see him on this Holiday because the next day he isn't come to school. The Year just passed like nothing happen, my LINE timeline filled with some New Year stuffs and resolutions... and jokes too.

After several days, i heard that my cousin come to Bandung. I, My Family and My Cousin Family going into a trip to Lembang, Lembang aren't really far but it tough to reach. There are so many minimarkets on the way we passed. Several hour later, we visit a Masjid and shalat Dzuhur, then continue the trip. Well, i forgot some of the event that happens, so after we visit Lembang we come home.

A several days just passed by staying at home and suddenly a random chat appear on my LINE. My friends say that they want going to a Villa so i joined them. Tuesday, the rendezv... eh i mean the time we are going to Villa.At afternoon we gather at usual place, then we "charter" an angkot and going to Villa. The Villa is located on a mountain, it's very cold on the mountain. The arrival, we placed our belongings and taking a rest, after that we play a dodgeball and pop some firecracker. The next day, "we" are going to hiking to a mountain, but "I" stayed at the Villa because one of my friend are not in good condition. At the afternoon in the same time as arrival time, we depart from Villa and going home.

Maybe just that, i don't know what should i tell anymore.

Great Wall of China

Ever heard of "Great Wall of China"? well, maybe some people ever heard about it from the "World Seven Wonder" thingy, or somewhere else.

Great Wall of China (Chinese: 万里长城 "Great Wall") is made of stones, tamped earth, bricks, and many more. i was built from east to west in the northern border of China to protect the country. Some of the wall has built a very long time ago and continued to make more bigger and stronger, are now collectively referred to as the Great Wall, some of the wall also has been rebuilt, maintained, and enchanted.

The main Great Wall line stretches from Shanhaiguan in the east, to Lop Lake in the west, along an arc that roughly delineates the southern edge of Inner Mongolia. In April 2009, the wall has been investigated accurately, the wall length is about 8.850 km, consist 6.259 km of the actual wall, and 2.232 km of natural structure. Another archaeological survey found that the entire wall with all of its branches measure out to be 21,196 km.

Some parts on the north of the wall have been renovated and preserved for tourism. Some of the wall part are disrepair. Those parts might serve as a village playground or a source of stones to rebuild houses and roads.

Legend of Tangkuban Perahu

A long time ago, there was a daughter of a king in West Java, the princess named Dayang Sumbi, she is very beautiful. Many kings of the kingdoms fight just to make Dayang Sumbi as his wife. Feeling herself is the source of war, Dayang Sumbi decided to go into the woods and live there.

One day, when Dayang Sumbi weaving, the spun yarn that she use for weaving falls. She was lazy to take the spun yarn, she said "Who can get the spun yarn, if it was a male, he would be my husband, if it was a female, she will be my foster sister". Suddenly a dog taking the yarn spun and gave it to Dayang Sumbi. The dog was named Tumang, he not just an ordinary dog, he was a descendant of the god. To fulfill Dayang Sumbi's promise, she make the dog as her husband, and from the marriage they endowed a boy named Sangkuriang.

Sangkuriang grown become a good-looking man, he loves to hunt animals, one day his mother, Dayang Sumbi, ask him to find a deer heart, Sangkuriang with Tumang started their hunt. After a day of hunting, they can't even find any deer. Sangkuriang worried would make her mother upset, he got an idea, he shot Tumang with his bow and bring the Tumang's heart home. Dayang Sumbi realize that the heart isn't a deer's heart, it was Tuamng's heart, she was got mad and hit Sangkuriang with a big spoon, Sangkuriang run away from home.

After some years, Sangkuriang decided to come back to his former village. There he meets a beautiful woman who is actually his mother. They fall in love and got married. But Dayang Sumbi then realized that the man she loved was her son. She saw a scar in the head of Sangkuriang. To deter Sangkuriang marry her, Dayang Sumbi ask two things that impossible to do as a condition of marriage.

"If you want to marry me, make a lake and a very large boat in one night" asked Dayang Sumbi.
"Yes, if you want it. I will give what you ask." Sangkuriang agree.

With powerful strength and with the help of spirits, the requests were considered can be done in one night. Sangkuriang also create a lake by damming the river Citarum and make a boat. Worried that Sangkuriang will done the request, Dayang Sumbi try to fool Sangkuriang by make some chicken crow, Sangkuriang think that morning has come. Thinking that his efforts in vain. In anger he kicked the boat that overturned. Then boat turn into a mountain called Mount Tangkuban Perahu. Tangkuban Perahu means upside down boat.

My Friend, Rayza

This time, i'm going to tell you about one of my friend, his name is Rayza Mahendra Guntara Harsono, you can call him Rayza. His body height is about 160 centimeters and the weight is about 50 kilograms (see the date /eh). He is a funny guy (and cool guy lol).

His hobby is playing game, he likes playing a music/rhythm game and some action adventure. His favorite food is Rendang half cooked eggs and his favorite drink is milkshake... well i'm not really sure about the milkshake because sometimes he just drink an iced milk.

He is one class with me (read:classmate) both in the normal class and Lintas Minat, that's it about him.
